what we have here is a ignorant person, who didnt take the time to read my auction. she won, had buyers remorse. no problem. i offered a refund minus my listing fees. (it was a premium auction) she was not happy with this, so she filed a dispute. the dispute was ruled in my favor. what she didnt tell everyone was that i sent her several emails asking what kind of items would make her happy. she wanted a 32 gig ipod touch 4th gen for 14,000 credits, with free shipping. i offered her an andriod lg smartphone. she wasnt interested. when i told her this was not going to happen she was not happy, because she didnt read my auction. in her dispute she says things like "i dont even know what a tier is" "i didnt read the auction" "i didnt understand the auction" no wonder they ruled in my favor. i was more than happy to work with her, she wanted to be a miserable person, so she got treated accordingly. if you notice my feedback is great. dont let this miserable person ruin a good thing for other GOOD people! take a look at her feedback, she will have a nice negative from me on there. psssst.... enjoy your first negative comment, not so PRETTYKITTY0987

Nice concept.... but it appears to have too large a spread between the low end items and the high end items. Each of the High end items could be an auction on their own for that matter. I understand the tier concept and it usually works best when the division between each tier is in smaller amounts. In this one... it takes 40,000 to get to the better stuff. But if no one is bidding, a bid of 50,000 may never make it to the top since most of the bids are in small increments of 100-200 at a time. Plus... it is very difficult to get high bids when the bidder has to pay shipping. It will be interesting to see how this ends.... only 6 hours to go. Good luck!

I think i got it right. Its more gambling than auctioning. You could have had the one lady return the pick and cd for refund? But the MDs collectible and its memories? I understand.

i recommend a nice warm bath, with a plugged in toaster for you. the thing is, im a very nice person. i offered her a refund minus my listing fees. it was her idea to file a dispute. which i told her she would lose before she even filed it. you see, there is no excuse for ignorance. which is your problem. you are ignorant to this situation. i challenge you to find a 32" LED new in box for 100 dollars. also check out the 2014 american eagle listed right now here on listia. going for over 48.000 credits. did you miss the part of the listing with all the free gifts im including depending on which tier is reached? you must have.... also take a look at my feedback, no gambling here, ignoramus!

You want 225-600 for a hundred dollar TV and the shipping? You want 40-225 for a rwenty five dollar ounce of silver? There are no photos of the items but downloads. And youre giving this stuff away. Seems too rixh for my blood. Goodluck. Anm i read this correct?

If you don't get a million can you break it up. I would bid for the computer but I wouldn't want a slot machine. I'd forgo the tv too. I don't even have 100.000 credits who has a million? Right now if I understand this correctly we are up to figurines and there is three days left something to consider if this doesn't work
