Bright Orange/Light Orange/Off White/White plaid capri pants by OP. There is also a thin navy strip in the mix of colors. I think they are actually a junior size because they run very small in relation to their assigned size of XL 15/17. They have an elastic waist with bright orange ribbon like ties. 100% cotton. In good condition, no stains or rips.
