The listing, Brass Wall Figure from India - Labeled U.N. has ended.

I have no idea who this figure is, or what it represents.But it is marked "India" And a white label on the back that says "U,N,Bldg,N.Y.City 5-4-80 (visiting Kath. apt.) " which I would presume this was a gift to someone who lived in the U.N. Building in New York . Most likely was brought here for a dignitary. It looks Like stamped into it, is "Inda-Nepal" at the bottom. I think the "80" is probably the yr it was brought here.
