Just a suggestion, but if you'll finish the steps to verify your account, you'll get more watchers, more fans as well as more and better bids on your auctions - and all of these things count toward getting your various badges, as well as instilling confidence in people who do want to bid on your auctions. The verifications don't take long to do and your information is confidential - none of the information shows up on your profile page except as badges, showing you've verified everything. For example, on your phone verification, you call the number shown on the verification page and it becomes verified immediately. If you do these things and give descriptions, list titles, condition of the cds, dvds or whatever you're offering for bid. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how many watchers, fans and bids you'll get. People are a little leery of bidding on "the unknown". Here's the various steps on how to verify your account.

Top right, click on your user name, then click on the tab "My Listia"
Left side column, scroll towards the bottom under "Account setting"
Click on "Verify Your Account" or just go to this link

This page shows all of the steps you need to do to complete your account verifications, which includes verifying your phone number (call the number listed - a recorded message will give you a code to type in to confirm your phone number is valid). You also need to verify your bank account (it's secure, so don't worry about it). If you're on Twitter, verify it, too.

It’s ok to use stock images in your listing, but please make sure to also include photos of your actual item from all angles – front, back and sides. For higher value items, we suggest including a note card or piece of paper with your Listia username in one of your photos so bidders will know it's really yours. This isn’t required, but it’s strongly encouraged. It helps potential bidders feel safer, and helps you get more bids and more credits for your item! It'll also prevent your listing from getting flagged. We don't want your listing to get deleted just because it seems like the item isn’t in your possession.
