lol, plated ones also come stamped most of the time. never understood how they get away with that. here is an example...

the only way to be sure is to have it checked or just use a magnet. if it sticks, it's not real. if it doesn't stick, then all is good. :)

yes, sometimes even if stamped .925 it can be just .925 Plated. that comes from China, they do not have the same regulations as we have in U.S. If it does not stick to magnet then is .925 S>S.
