These are brand new, still sealed, but were obviously packaged incorrectly, as you can see from the photos.The shepherds hook wires are goldtone. The spirals are a beautiful shade of blue metal.
I believe they are meant to have beads slid onto them for a custom design. But they're plenty pretty enough to wear as-is!.
