Vintage Ladies Cloisonné Kinney Cuff Links and Pendant

On the clip of the cuff links is printed, Kinney Providence, Rhode Island--They were makers of Military metals starting at the time of WW1

Pendant will need a chain to hang but matches cuff links

These are possible gold which is why I think there are some "scratches" on the back of the pendant. Or maybe just part of the patina. I am not an expert on jewelry. Cuffs have somewhat of the same markings so that is what I am thinking.
