I am auctioning my recipe for Tamale Meatloaf, or you can make this into meatballs, your choice. I've done both, and my family loves either one. This is a delicious recipe, and if you have the cravings for something new, different from your typical meatloaf or spaghetti and meatballs dinner, this is what you've been looking for. You can see it for yourself in my pictures! This is even more delicious the next day, just add enchilada sauce and cheese on top (see the last picture) and microwave till hot and cheese melts, and dinner's ready!!! YUUUUMMMM!!

Just so U know that I don't just copy & paste recipes off the internet like many do. I actually make my own recipes, taking time to type them up, take photos, upload them to my computer. I have to keep buying batteries for my camera too. That's why I list them for higher credit amount than "normal".
