pretty fabric. how much is shipping? first class is under 13 oz. is this medium or light weight? would you say this is for dress-making or for an apron or home decor (stiff)?

This is a beautiful piece of cotton, it would make a good blouse, dress, or whatever, but I bought to put in quilts. It is a very good quality and I do have more of it, just listed a small piece for quilting. I really like it, and it is called Polish pottery by M'Liss.
