While that monster is on the field, during each of your opponent's End Phases: Send the top 3 cards of the opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. When that monster leaves the field, destroy this card.When a "V" monster declares an attack: Send all "V" cards from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, gain 500 Life Points for each card sent, then shuffle your opponent's Deck, then send 5 cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard, for each card sent to the Graveyard by this effect. While this card is face-up on the field, negate the effects of all "V" monsters, also "V" monsters cannot attack.
