yes since this is my firs auction I am only doing a purple one but the size will be specified by the winner. I can make newborn- 2t also I use elastic so it will fit for awhile......if this one goes well my next auction will be completly custom from color to size :o)

yes, its really soft though and my 3 yr old wears them all of the time with no complaints of itching. Also if you worry about itching they are really cute paired with tights (the capri kind would be adorable right now) and hi tops
