No its a tablet it doesn't have the play store it uses get jar for apps and I am not sure the ram

I think it has 4 gig internal mem and I am not sure the os and it does do wifi and I had a 16 gig sd card in it

It does take a micro sd but there isn't one with it

yes it takes a micro sd card I just purchased one and the owners manual is embedded on the sd card it comes with.
