There are 2 small holes at the back top area of one of the boots, it is only in the first layer of fabric & does not go through....LOTS OF WEAR LEFT & LOOK GOOD.
There are some slight water marks on the toe area (very light see photos). Bottom of the soles look great, with LOTS of tread left. Boots appear to have many, many years left on them. Your child, as mine will most likely outgrow them before they are worn out!
