it probably wouldnt cost much at all but id have to check with usps or ups

That is how mink feels. If it were rabbit it would shed and by now be bare, if it were beaver it would be kind of soft but the fur would be different sizes usually not a big difference but somewhat. That pretty much leaves the mink. At least for as old as it is that would be the best bet, they do have bear but the bear is a much heavier pelt than the mink and it is usually saved for the coats and last but not least is the fox and the fox fur is much longer than what this is. Like I said I would probably if I had the money bet it would be mink and I so wish I could own it. i have fanned and now watching the auction.

Excuse me but members of Listia DO NOT have to be verified! Only if they are purchasing and if the seller doesn't care that they are not verified then not even then. You need to go read the rules slow enough to understand exactly what it says. So pdesmo re read your rules. It is wrong of you to demand that they must be verified! I have won a lot from unverified members. It is an option that they would prefer but not have to be. Sorry but that is repeated over and over again from people that does not know the rules.

It looks like mink tails to me. My grandpa raised and skinned minks for caps and all things mink make.

make sure you're using first class rates on the USPS site, not the flat rate, as this is likely light weight and first class will save some $$. nice hat!
