If you wrote in the description that you'd be sending the card out, and chose your delivery options, they shouldn't have changed it. I'd make a claim to ask them what's going on, because it caused your listing to be somewhat misleading... not saying that it's on you, if Listia changed it, but it could show to be a problem in your future auctions, as well. Yeah. I actually did send a support ticket to Listia, but they couldn't figure out why I had a problem with them changing it...maybe it was because the words "digital delivery" are in the title. I don't think they actually read the description. I have seen multiple listings of gift cards giving the option of physical card or digital delivery, and that is why I posted it like that...

That is why I have posted numerous times that it is digital delivery only so a winner can't complain that there is no physical card.
