Xbox 360 Console! Banned from Xbox Live. Prior to my ownership, someone apparently did something they shouldn't have and got the boot from xbox live. As far as I know, it has something to do with modding and pirating games or features... (Ur gonna have to google that one!)
I just won this on here on 12/10/13!

It comes with console, powerbrick, and a/v cable!
Ready to play! Serial & Model number is in the pics. I tested the xbox live ability with my personal xbox 360 wifi adapter. It is NOT Connectable! (See pic of Xbox live message) this is likely where people may want to get nasty. Let's dim those flames; consider getting this for a younger child who isn't ready to be online with strangers.
Reads discs! (See pic of Minecraft) the disc tray sticks on occasion, but not a major issue.
The spring door where the USB hubs are doesn't work properly. The spring is present, but the plastic to align the door is not. (See pics)

Starting bid is ONLY 50,000! If you want to be kind, you can use GIN for 77,777 (which, after about 9,000 in fees), won't give me too much.

I'm thinking about disabling live for my kids anyway! I sat in on a session with my 10 year old and the language/ subject matter of some of the convos were highly inappropriate! Parents should know! An Xbox that can just play games at this price is not only a steal bit actually better for your kids!

I have an autistic son who loves quads, trucks & motor bikes! I connected to the net to drop a few games on the drive, then watched him ride vehicles through mud. Definitely don't want any foul Freddie's or a destructive derelict to ruin that!

The console has a console ban from microsoft first u get a warning then a account ban then console ban usually for modding ddosing pirating or hackin already got a account ban so id know and as far as reversing the ban is verry hard and verry illegal so its stuck with out live

Thanks for the info. I've had a few people post previously about how to bypass and/or "undo" but that's not my area! Will make a perfect gaming console for a kid, nonetheless. (Whoa! I didn't know nonetheless was actually a one word phrase!)

You get console banned from three things, Rgh/Jtagging, Flashing Disc drives, and DDosing/Lag Switching.

If you look under the faceplate, there should be a shiny Microsoft sticker, if it looks like it's been tampered with then it most likely has one of the first two. Judging by the dashboard update you are on it seems like it is too New to be Jtagged, but could still be RGHd if it was opened.

If I had the,credits I would bid, only for the simple fact that I'm looking for a new Xbox for LAN parties. If it is RGHd, Jtagged, or Flashed, it is considered "Illegal" but it's not a big deal as long as its not used for the wrong purpose.

Also, @Cool3344, the only way to get a console ban is modding or network interference. If you get a perm account ban, the next step isn't a console ban, it's making a new account. If your not nodding or anything like that then don't worry about a console ban, just getting banned multiple,times for bad language in a bio or any thing like that won't get you a console hit.
