winner.

CLARIFICATION

You will, in effect, be receiving a mailed envelope with the
India MS used for INTERNATIONAL postage .
Even if you reside in INDIA, i will use Rs.25/- denomination
which is actually a little more than the actual charges for
a REGISTERED MAIL.
From outside India, you can request for "REGISTERED Air Mail"
but it will cost a dollar EXTRA.
Or else, you are at the mercy of postal bungling; i should be
knowing - having lost more than a few consignments en route.

It was a first-timer's mistake [ Shipping to India @ ... ]

You may verify the "corrected" rate which would cover SPEED POST.
Even that is mentioned only for those who are just as mad about the
hobby as i consider myself to be ;-) L-0-L
The very 1st "Keeping PHILATELY alive... " envelope was sent out as
"REGISTERED" at no extra cost. So, i hope, ALi IS WELL ;-) Do not
forget to leave POSITIVE comments.

it is funny to bid on an item, that will be later used for sending and charge extra. To all bidders - I received around 2/3 of covers from India damaged, so take this to consideration... otherwise, nice auction with nice title... I would bid, but I had luck & bought it when I was in India :)
