my home girl broke her tmobile phone i tried to give her my at&t but it dont work so this would be a great gift for her wish i could have it but i have at&t.

You can use it with AT&T, you just have to unlock the phone. The instructions are here: http://systembash.com/content/mirror-using-skype-and-unlocking-your-t-mobile-sda/. I can do try to do it if you win the auction, you just have to give me permission and take responsibility if I render it useless :-(. Otherwise you can try it yourself :-). I have successfully unlocked a phone before...
