The listing, New Mexico Big Jim Pepper seeds (20+) has ended.

Large spicy peppers with a very good flavor. They are 6 inches long and at least 2 inches wide. Very prolific amount of fruit. These were just harvested early Jan. 2014.
I dice and dry them to add while cooking.

Questions & Comments

I love drying peppers!! I got about 15-20 different kinds most hot, but some mild too. The best ones to flavor with are dried red yum yum peppers. They are not hot at all and add a great sweet pepper flavor. I grind them in a pestle and mortar. I don't have room to grow them I go to a Amish farm that grows over 300 kinds and lets you pick them.

I grind my own paprika fresh and use different combinations of peppers like alma paprika and black Czech.

I dice and dry these Big Jim peppers. they add good flavor and heat to foods.
