You will, in effect, be receiving a mailed envelope with the
India MS used for INTERNATIONAL postage .
Even if you reside in INDIA, i will use Rs.25/- denomination
which is actually a little more than the actual charges for
a REGISTERED MAIL.
From outside India, you can request for "REGISTERED Air Mail"
but it will cost a dollar EXTRA.
{for KREPKI } ^^^ This extra dollar is for the expense towards
registration; Rs.25/- would, even otherwise, merit a 200 credits
START to bidding if i was looking to earn profit here..
