The listing, 1991 United States Silver Eagle Dollar Coin has ended.

This is a coin that my husband found when he was cleaning up his shop.
I am not a collector but I know that it is tarnished.
I don't know enough about coins to try and clean it so, I will leave that to the new owner.
It looks like a pretty nice coin--the strikings are nice and clear.
I took a lot of pictures so you can see for yourself.

Questions & Comments

as most of you know this is a bullion coin not traditionally used in circulation. I mean it does have a $1 face value but people do not use them in circulation.... I mean I'm sure some people have but traditionally this is not what you would call a silver dollar it is a one ounce silver eagle U.S. Bullion device. Im sure that most of you know this but I just had to put my 2 cents in... I fanned you and am watching I am hoping to win this and whatever you do do not clean it because cleaning coins takes away from the originality and beautiful original toning.... even know it doesn't have any numismatic value cuz it is silver bullion it would still be uncool to take away that beautiful patina.... thank you for putting on a great auction!

It is a nice bullion coin, considering where it was found. Please don't mess with it, it takes away from its original form and tone quality. Most collectors want to see the tonal or luster if the coin has one.
