The dress base fabric is a very forgiving nylon and is 50" long. The bust measurement laying flat is 38". The jacket is 23" long and the sleeves are 21". I hope this helps. Thanks for looking.

I just tried this dress on. It is Petite, I am 5'6" and it is above my ankles about 4". It is more like a 10 and with the stretch it could easily fit a size 12. There is a split on the left. I think it is definitely larger than an 8.
