what is the thickness? the clasps look pretty big (or maybe it is just magnified)...i want to know because it needs to fit my pendants. :)

It is a very small chain. I wear one similar and it fits a small journey pendant. Unless my math has failed me after all of these years, (Ha!Ha!) the chain is 1mm thick. The small side of the clasp, at it's widest, is only 2mm wide.
