Originally this came as a pair and the were worn on the top of your high heel shoes to dress them up! I only have the one but today we can ware it to hold a silk scarf in place so you can ware your favorite low cut blouse to the office!! This has a solid black stone w/2 pearls one at top and one on bottom. there is 2 diamond like sones on each side that sparkle nicely! I believe the metal to be silver, there is no markings.If you have any questions Please feel free to ask!!
