Here is a neat little book that I bought because of the picture of Sasquatch on the front cover. It's a hardcover issue about 120 pages from 1980 of LRons Classic Scientology The Fundamentals of Thought - with the accent on "mental" =).

It's an interesting read but still generally wacked in my opinion. We all know the story now that LRon was a crappy science fiction writer in the 50's who figured out a way to make a cult religion in order to quickly get rich.

This is the same goofy stuff actor Tom Cruise believes in!

I had a similar copy on ebay that I made fun of and was flamed by nut case Scientologists who were trying to cure me of the THETAN alien life force that obviously has taken over my mind.... MUA HAH HAH HAH!

I'm curious to see how many Listians are Scientologists and if I get the same result.

Either way YOU need this little book in your collection if even just for the front cover!

That sounds like something that NEEDS to be made into an album cover purse. somethings just need to be carried around like that. Besides, I wanna know what ole' L. Ron said before it got to be all secret and no one is allowed to talk about it. Probably because we would all make fun of them and reaslize they were bonkers...

The book cover is great! Sometimes I buy books and record albums just for the cover art alone! My current favorite is a record from the early 1960's called "Music to Wash By" I kid you not. And it features a close up picture of a very scary looking old Gipsy woman doing her laundry! Best album cover ever!

Yes I have and it's very weird. I may post it on Youtube one day. It's like a cross between Tommy Dorsey big band swing but with a bad Polka accordion instead of Tommy's trombone, clarinet or trumpet. And only one snare drum. But who are they playing for? It's just music to wash by!
