That is a flat rate for anywhere and not to high for the item to pack it right and ship it especially if the buyer is in CA and it can be high to ship there. Some items I don't charge but certain ones I do.

I ship USPS and I don't ship this box alone..I put this in another with packing for safe shipping. Like I said certain items are charged...I spent a lot on shipping last week but did not charge anything except one. If I can ship it first class it is free..all depends on weight.thanks

It is free shipping! those comments were in the begining of the auction when I charged for shipping but because people don't realize how much stuff can cost to ship and so I put on free shipping to please everyone!
