This style has a seat belt type of snap on it, I don't know if that is why this one does not loosen around the dog's neck when they wear it, that's why I never liked this style of collar, but this one is different. The tag is in the pictures with size and all. My dog is wearing the same type of collar now and I have no problems with it.
I don't do this for a living and am on a fixed income, so shipping takes some time sometimes, not always. I do ship whenever possible, usually a couple times a month. I do always keep my winners updated on shipping. I have good feedback and am trustworthy and reliable.
