This is a Beautiful 1904 O Morgan Silver dollar. It's been handled only a few times and was originally acquired by my grandfather before he past away nearly 25 years ago. Who by coincidence was born in 1904. I believe that is why he acquired it.
This is the actual coin up for auction. NCI graded this coin as an MS65/65 back in April 0f 1986. It’s been handled only a few times for grading and for taking photo’s. Use your own judgment in placing bids. The coinstudy.com site says that 1904’s are worth at least $24.46 (link to site is http://www.coinstudy.com/1904-morgan-silver-dollar-value.html. However I don’t think that they depict an accurate account to specific grades. That value is based on an uncirculated coin in general. As I say- use your own judgment.
