The listing, Reborn Doll Kits has ended.

When I was told I couldn't have kids, I bought these kits to make little reborn dolls to fill my house. 4 babies later, I don't have time to work on them. Lol one is a little elf baby and the other is a larger reg size baby. The elf one I started and put paint on the inside only. The other has not been touched. These are the heads, arms and legs only. No bodies. These kits run about $70 a piece. Hopefully someone can turn them into cute little dolls. Any questions, just ask. Thanks for looking.

Thank you so much! That's really encouraging. We've been trying for about a year now, and just found out that my husband has a reproductive medical issue. He's having a surgery next week, but there are no promises that it will fix the infertility. But we're hopeful! At 31 years old, we aren't getting any younger. ;)
I'm so glad to hear that despite what the doctors told you, you still ended up with 4 wonderful kids! Adoption will be next option if we find that he's still infertile. Until then... I want to make a reborn! ;)

I understand. We tried for 6 years. I'll be 37 in a few months and just had my last one two months ago. We adopted Annie when I was 32? I can totally see where you're coming from.

Crossing my fingers and toes for this one! I just started learning about reborning since we're having fertility problems and I thought it might be nice to cradle a little one like this. Is that weird? My husband is very supportive and sweet but he's a little worried about me wanting to make a little doll for this reason. I told him that it's normal for people to use these for therapuetic reasons. What do you think? Is it strange for me to want to make one of these to cuddle on until (hopefully) we're able to finally have one of our own?

Not weird at all. Some say even helps the hormones. Like my description said, I bought these when I was told I couldn't have kids. My husband and I decided to adopt and almost 9 months later I got pregnant. I have 4 kids in all and only adopted one. So don't give up. Once I stopped trying it happened. This could be a good way to help you relax. Good luck to you and your husband!

Thank you for posting this auction. My health only allows me to work 10 hours a week (on a good week), thus I have just started getting into these dolls. I'm wanting to make them and resale them for extra money. So, I'm definitely watching. God bless!
