I am not entirely sure because I've never had a MH doll, but this one is pretty small so I don't think she would fit in the same clothes.

Since you say this is for ages 3+, I assume that the various body parts do not snap on and off like they do on the Monster High dolls. Is that correct? Great auction and don't pay any attention to the rude commenter. She has only just joined and has 0 feedback. Being rude to people is not a good way to get started on here! :)

Yes, that is correct. All body parts are attached to the doll. And I noticed she is new, and I agree, that's not just rude but childish, too.
