The listing, Rememborance coin- Noah's Ark has ended.
It seems appropriate to advertise the Armenian coin displaying Noah’s Ark at this time, as the new release of Noah the movie will be showing in theaters on the 28th of March 2014. This could be added to an avid collectors portfolio and provide some memories of the movie. It is an extremely lucrative coin and very beautiful. It comes in ¼. ½, 1, 5, 10, and 32.5 ounce and 1 kilo (32.15oz) and 5 kilo (160.75oz) coins. More details of the different coins will be describe later on.
Information about the coin- This coin was produced in 2013 as mint mark shows. More valuable than the 2014.
The obverse of the Noah’s Ark coin displays the coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia along with the value of “100, 500, 1000, 10000, 20000 DRAM” and the issuing year beneath it. The weight “1/4. ½. 1, and 5 oz, 1 and 5kg” and “Ag .999” are noted along the right and the hallmark LEV of the Leipziger Edelmetallverarbeitung (Leipzig Precious Metals Factory) is on the left, all of which is encircled by the words “Republic of Armenia” in both Armenian and English.
The reverse of the Noah’s Ark coin was designed by Eduard Kurghinyan and displays a dove in flight with an olive branch and Noah’s Ark floating on the flood waters in front of Mt. Ararat and the rising sun.
The up for auction is the ¼ ounce 100 DRAM .999 AG coin. This would be a good selection and appropriate for Easter time as well.
The last two pictures were retaken with a different background and are the best shots that capture the quality of the coin.
