The folder features an enlargement of the 1948 3c Fort Bliss stamp on page 1. This was the first US stamp to feature a rocket. This was a modified V-2 rocket prepared by Dr. Wernher Von Braun and other former-Nazi rocket scientists who were part of the US "Project Paperclip".
Page 2 shows a print of a Fort Bliss postcard.
The 1948 Fort Bliss first day cover with Art Craft cachet is mounted on page 3.
A map of the Fort Bliss area is shown on page 4.
The photos are actually printed on the card-stock folder.
