The folder features an enlargement of the 1948 3c Fort Bliss stamp on page 1. This was the first US stamp to feature a rocket. This was a modified V-2 rocket prepared by Dr. Wernher Von Braun and other former-Nazi rocket scientists who were part of the US "Project Paperclip".
