I like the pattern. I would leave the turkey tracks off though. it's said that a baby boy given a quilt with turkey tracks (a.k.a. wandering foot) will be too restless to settle down. and it's suppose to be a worse fate for a girl. I would choose a different block to put in there as I would want something a little more child like . it is just an old wives tale though.
