Description

The listing, Antique Miniature 19th Century Style Shoe Vase has ended.

Beautiful miniature vase in excellent condition! 5.25" tall x 4.5" wide from toe to heel. I do not know how old it is, but I can say it was my Grandmother's and she was born in 1898!
It appears that each of the light purple flowers has a pedal chipped off - but I cannot be sure if that is how it was made or not.

Is there are marking close to the heel of the shoe on bottom, If so, can you make it out? I used a strong magnifying glass, but still couldn't tell. Thanks!

There are no markings what-so-ever. But I can promise you that this was in my grandmothers collection and she was born in 1898 and passed at the age of 93. Don't know when she purchased this or if it was passed down to her.........no clue.
