I bought this set with good intentions, and then realized, just by watching the 1st DVD and attempting a few of the opening 'Easier' actions, that the exercise routines included would kill me quicker than the lack of exercise was likely to, lol, and that was that. I set the whole program aside, and never picked it up again! The Program is COMPLETE AND PRISTINE, except for the back cover of the nutrition book which stuck to a counter and left some paper behind when it was removed.

Yeah, I sat there late night and got beaten about the head making me feel like crap, so I had to Buy this set, but really knew I'd never do it, lol! But now I have them for sale to some other ambitious fellow! Nice to meet you!

Hi great auction. I'm debating this one and p90x3. Do you know what's the difference between this classic one and the new one?

Yeah, the '3' stresses the '30 minute workout', and Hortons 'Muscle accellerator' thing. P90X relies heavily on 'Muscle Confusion' to keep the bodies' musculature systems from reaching a plateau. By constantly changing up the excercises throughout the routine, all the muscle groups are continuously stimulated to continue to develop where more conventional workouts will result in a series of system plateaus where it becomes very difficult to maintain progress. The P90X3 builds on all that by reducing the amount of time needed on a daily basis to achieve the same goals, reducing it to a mere 30 minutes a day. Or at least so says he. The Basic was too intense for me...Awesome, and obviously works, but too intense for me, so I KNOW that '3' would put me down on the mat, lol! Hope that helps! Good luck if you decide to bid!

Yup, I think it was the 'X' that was the factor that was leading to my early demise, lol! Hopefully, said kinesiology courses make all the difference for you, would I'd had the foresight to take a few more of those myself, rather than majoring in recreational pharmacology, as I did!
