Distressing on legs and pockets is from the manufacturer but it has become a little more from washing. Embroidery is from the manufacturer. 9" front rise, 12" rear rise, professionally hemmed to a 28" inseam. No stains, worn and washed several times, very good condition. ***please note that distressing includes fraying/string holes and worn spots, these are not flaws***
