This is a heavy duty metal, gold tone ring stand. I cannot see any markings. There are *NO* scratches, dings, breaks or peeling.

The wings are delicately painted with lavender and soft pink. At the top of the post and the face of the butterfly is an iridescent gem stone while wings are outlined in purple and pink stones. Measures 3 1/2" wide x 3" tall. Piece is intricately detailed, just plain gorgeous.
