Features popular Looney Tunes character Tweety Bird. "1,000,000" in both upper corners. The top reads “The United States Of America”. Left has Sylvester; center has Tweety Bird; right has granny. Serial number is on lower left hand side & upper right hand side “T19422013B”. “T” is for Tweety, “1942” year he was created, “2013” is current year, “B” is for Bird. The left hand corner reads “1942” and the right hand corner reads “2012” in honor of 70 years of Tweety Bird.

The front of this bill also reads “Tweety bird is a fictional Yellow Canary and starred in a series of cartoons. Tweety first appeared in the 1942 A Tale Of Two Kitties.” The bottom of the bill reads “Tweety Bird”.

The backside of this novelty bill has 1,000,000 in the upper left and upper right hand corners. The lower right and lower left hand corners read “One Million”. The bottom center of this novelty bill reads “I taught I taw a putty tat!”. The Looney Tunes logo is in the background of the bill. The top of the bill reads “The United States Of America”. Tweety Bird appears three times on the backside of the bill: on the left holding a flower, in the center with his hands clasped together, and on the right thinking.
