The listing, CHILAQUILES ROJOS (Red Skillet “Enchiladas”) has ended.

Here U have my own version recipe for CHILAQUILES ROJOS, which are like enchiladas but made from homemade tortilla chips, cooked in a skillet instead of baking in the oven. If U love enchiladas, U will love this dish. It tastes just like enchiladas, but W/O all the hassle of making them with so many dishes that you have to wash later. This is all made in one skillet. It's very delicious! This is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I will send recipe within 2 days from end of auction thru Listia messages only, since it's the only way to prove it was sent & received, by both seller & winner.

I also have other delicious recipes listed, like my TAMALE MEATLOAF & BANANA CAKE, oh so delicious, both my family's favorites. I will also be listing other recipes, as soon as I make them & take photos, I will be listing them. Just so U know that I don't just copy & paste recipes off the internet like many do here, I actually make my own recipes, I take the time to type them up, take photos, upload them on my computer, and I have to keep buying batteries for my camera too. That's why I list them for higher credit amount than "normal".

Hello and nice to meet you too, danyelle! thanks for stopping by to check out my auctions/recipes! yes I love to cook and bake, especially casseroles.. and slowcooker recipes too. I like to experiment new recipes on my family too, and they don't complain about it, which is great. I'm glad you like my husband's steampunk items, that's his favorite theme for jewelry making. It seems like a fashion that is growing more each day. I will be going over to your listings, if you have any, and check them out! yeah I just recently started using my slow cooker more often. I know what you're talking about, I am low on credits myself but slowly building them up.. will be posting more stuff soon, and trying to put something different every month. Let's see how that goes! :D
