The second picture is of my seeds i planted in flats on 3/18. The came out of soil about 3 days ago.

Weigh 7-10lbs. Come to maturity in about 75 days after germination.

--Starting indoors: Start transplants indoors about 3-4wks before last frost. Sow seeds 1/4" deep using flats or pots. (3 seeds per pot) Keep soil moist. Germination rates better with heat. Soil should be 80-90 degrees. Usually germinates within 3-10 days.

--Starting Outdoors: 1-2wks after last frost. Better when soil has reached about 70 degrees or warmer. These seeds prefer warm, well drained soil. Plenty of moisture up until fruit is size of tennis ball. May use black plastic/fabric row covers to speed soil warming.
