I sent a message to you with a very complete description. Laptop takes lousy pics and I got a camera but cant locate the cord to load pics from it to computer.

Hi! It is just a clear pocket but strong, it closes like a Ziploc baggie with a plastic zipper and has a thick shoe string like strap that goes around your neck and a Velcro attaches the ends behind your neck, there are 2 metal grommets that are in the pouches corners and the strap is through them secured with a knot inside pouch...hope this helps.
