I have no idea how old these are. My mother bought these for some cowboy jump rope handles that she was making back in the 80’s. They really were cute!! I remember this because she made one for my daughter who was born in ’80. And she was about 5 when Mom was making them. She got one for Christmas.

These are marked Made in Taiwan R.O.C. At the time, they were $.65 each. NOT made in China!! Does that say how old these are??

They seem to be a very stiff material, possibly plastic, pliable and flocked. There is a band around each. They are still in their little wrappers.

I am cleaning out old craft items that were my mothers. She passed away in 1993 and I’ve been moving these things around since then. It’s time to say goodbye.
