The picture shows it unstreched next to a measuring tape. And it's pretty stretchy, so you probably won't have to worry about it fitting. But it might be a little uncomfortable if your wrist is too wide.

The gold beads are plastic, but the other ones are made of hematite. :)

Yes, it's strong plastic. Won't break easily. And the stretchy cord is very strong, too.
