This is a well worn Lifeproof case for iphone 4/4s. It is black in color.It is in rough condition and is missing the screw for the headphone jack(photo#4). It has alot of nicks and scratches, but n poo t enough to make it unusable. They are durable and made to take abeating while protecting your phone. These cases are expensive. Extremely popular brand available everywhere. See for yourself what they retail for. This is the second one of these I have given away. The last winner returned hers to the manufacturer and received either repairs or a replacement. Don't know if that will happen again but I do know these have warranty. The serial number, I guess, will determine eligibility. Picture of the serial number is included(photo#6).

Sorry no gin. The brand name is Lifeproof I believe. And the screw/plug for the headphone jack is lost. I'm guessing it's available to purchase online from manufacturer.
