Enjoy sprouted Organic Alfalfa seeds on salads, sandwiches, or eat right out of the jar for a tasty healthy snack.

Organic Alfalfa seeds sprout quickly in any clean jar. Add seeds, cover jar with cheescloth or fine mesh and screw the ring back on the jar if using a canning jar, or a rubber band. Rinse and drain daily for 4 days. Store on the counter where you see them and remember to rinse them daily (twice a day is better though). No sunlight needed until the 4th day. Move the jar into the sun to get some Green color.

Ours are lasting over a week after sprouting (on the counter) and still growing. In hotter weather store in fridge.

The winner will receive 1 Tablespoon organically grown Alfalfa seeds. The seeds are tiny and will almost fill up a small canning jar when sprouted.
