I went & looked at it & I am not sure if it would fit or not the waist is stretchy but I really don't think it would. So sorry but I do want to be honest. I would hate for you to get it & then it not fit. Thank you for asking :)

Darn, i'm really stuck on this dress lol. Can U give underarm to underarm measurements?? PS: Is it a pull-on or is there a side zipper?? Sry to bother but I''m in the process of losing weight and am sure it would soon fit if not now.

You are not bothering me at all lol :). It measured 17 in from underarm to underarm. It is a pull on it has no zipper. It is a very light breezy type dress. I like it, it is just a little big for me :)
