I don't know what the "official" name is for this... it has two clips with elastic and jewels in between to gather the back of a dress or shirt. Goes in the back of the clothing.

My mom typically makes these no problem, but since she has been ignoring my phone calls lately I guess someone else will get my business!!! Thanks for posting this...
