Sculpture and designed by Michael Herring. 1st in a series, 1st edition made in 2001. # B1585. the plate behind it is 7 1/2 tall and shows officers patrol cars and motorcycles. bronze statue in front of plate shows kneeling officer with a little girl and her dog. has a gold plate on the base that says To Serve and Protect.
