Beautiful pendant, Marked 14k Italy and two initials. The first one is M but I can't read the other one.

How big is the globe? The 14K is just the end of it?

i measured around the globe it is 17/8" inches around, and 1/2" inch from top to bottom. all the metal that you see is 14k gold and is marked on the ring that the chain goes through.also the little square blocks that are marked on the globe are gold.i didn't get a picture of the other side the countries show in mother of pearl one is jasper and two more one is light green, the other a light brown..and some small ones.it is very beautiful.
