PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING • GREAT LISTIA ITEM!

Fully functional iPod Touch with great battery life. The screen has a few minor swirls on it, nothing major and no cracks. The back has a well worn patina to it. Again, nothing major. The iPod will come completely factory reset and ready to sync to your iTunes. I will include brand new apple headphones if bidding gets over 20,000.

Please, no buyers remorse. iPod is in perfect working order but is presented "as is". No warranties offered and no returns accepted.

An iTunes account is necessary to transfer your music. They are free and easy to set up.

you don't need to have an itunes account, just download the program and you can set the ipod up for it and put songs on it. the account is for buying new songs, games and other stuff.

In order to set up your iPod Touch, you'll be asked to either log in to, or create, an iTunes account/Apple ID. Either log in, or follow on the onscreen instructions to create a new account, and proceed. It is completely free and easy but is s necessary step. Gotta love apple.
